Floating Sound Bath with Kyle Lam – May 12
On Tuesday, May 12 from 7:00–8:15 PM, unwind poolside at sunset during a Floating Sound Bath led by Kyle Lam. Guests can choose to float on a premium water mattress or relax on a lounge chair or yoga mat while crystal bowls and gongs create an immersive sound journey promoting calm, balance, and restoration. Space is limited, and early reservations are encouraged.
Barry's Newport Beach Workout Class – May 30
On Saturday, May 30 at 10:30 AM, early risers can kickstart their morning with a high-energy outdoor workout as Barry's Newport Beach takes over VEA’s Sunset Lawn. This complimentary 45-minute class blends strength training and cardio for a full-body workout, all set against a scenic coastal backdrop. Led by expert instructors and open to all fitness levels, it’s the perfect way to welcome the weekend with movement and ocean air.

For a more indulgent escape, SPA VEA’s seasonal treatments “Spring Awakening Ritual” is available now through June 20—offering OC locals and hotel guests a deep restorative experience. Available in either an 80-or 100-minute, this treatment begins with a Jasmine & Hibiscus Body Buff to gently exfoliate and renew the skin, followed by a Floral Aromatherapy Massage designed to uplift mood, enhance mental clarity, ease muscle tension, and reduce stress.
