Here’s how it works. Ask yourself about each person you interact with regularly:
Reciprocity: Do they give as much energy as they take?
Integrity: Do you trust them, truly?
Sincerity: Do you feel heartfelt support from them in at least one area of your life?
Empathy: Do you feel seen, heard, and valued?
Score each person from 1 (not at all) to 5 (absolutely), and you’ll know exactly where to realign.

This isn’t about blame, drama, or guilt. It’s about reclaiming your energy for what—and who—matters most.
Summer should be a time of warmth, fun and expansion. But that only happens when you’re surrounded by relationships that uplift and support the future you’re creating.
