The golf course itself was one of the highlights of our visit. Every hole presents an exciting challenge while rewarding players with incredible scenery. Some fairways are framed by towering evergreens, creating a secluded mountain feel, while others open to expansive views overlooking Lake Coeur d'Alene. The comfort stations located throughout the course were stocked with everything from healthy snacks and refreshing beverages to miniature lip balms and thoughtful personal amenities; they elevate the golf experience in ways we've rarely encountered. And then there was the taco station, aptly named La Vista, set against the stunning lake and mountain views. Quite honestly, the tacos were some of the best we've ever had, proof that even the smallest details receive careful attention here.

After our workouts, we especially enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor spa area, complete with a Scandinavian sauna and invigorating cold plunge. It quickly became one of our favorite places to unwind before heading back out to enjoy the property's many outdoor activities.
We also spent time hiking several scenic trails that wind throughout the community, providing yet another opportunity to experience the incredible landscape. When it was time to slow the pace, we headed to the Lakehouse, where we enjoyed food and drinks while watching World Cup matches overlooking beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene, a reminder that not every memorable moment here revolves around adventure.
Adventure extends even further at The Reserve Lodge, where members enjoy exclusive access to more than 5,500 acres of surrounding wilderness for sporting clays, archery, axe throwing and a Kid's Survival Camp led by a former Navy SEAL. It is an amenity unlike anything you'll find at a traditional country club.
