Fashion Island's Live on the Lawn Returns for Summer 2026 with Six Nights of Outdoor Jazz in Newport Beach
Music lovers have another reason to spend summer evenings at Fashion Island as the popular Live on the Lawn concert series returns for Summer 2026.
Held on the Neiman MarcusβBloomingdale's Lawn, the outdoor music series will bring six evenings of live jazz performances to Newport Beach between June 13 and August 1. Presented in collaboration with ETA Presents, the free event has become a seasonal favorite for residents and visitors seeking live music, coastal ambiance, and an evening under the stars.
Each Saturday performance will showcase acclaimed Los Angeles musicians, including Grammy Award-winning artists and performers who have toured or recorded with notable names such as Aloe Blacc, Jason Mraz, John Legend, Kendrick Lamar, and members of Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Set against the backdrop of one of Orange County's premier shopping and dining destinations, Live on the Lawn combines world-class musicianship with the relaxed atmosphere that has made Newport Beach a sought-after summer destination.

June 13: A Tribute to Dr. Lonnie Smith
Organist Wil Blades leads an evening honoring legendary jazz musician Dr. Lonnie Smith, joined by acclaimed guitarist Jeff Parker and percussionist John Davis.
June 20: Danny Janklow + Elevation Band
Grammy Award-winning saxophonist Danny Janklow takes the stage with the Elevation Band, blending jazz, funk, and contemporary influences.
June 27: Millstone Reverie with Adam Levy and Molly Miller
Guitarists Adam Levy and Molly Miller bring together elements of Americana and modern jazz in a collaborative performance. Miller is known for her work with Jason Mraz, while Levy has contributed to recordings for numerous acclaimed artists.
July 18: Alex Schwarz Trio
Bassist Alex Schwarz joins guitarist Horace Bray and drummer Anthony Fung for an evening of original compositions and contemporary jazz improvisation.
