From Chaos to Clarity
By: Gina Maier Vincent
September arrives with a shift—whether it’s the start of a school year, a change in season, or simply a collective sense that it’s time to reset. Calendars fill. Routines tighten. And without realizing it, many of us slip back into a role that sounds harmless—maybe even funny—but might be sabotaging our sanity: Chaos Coordinator.
While in Maui recently, I spotted a beach bag that read Chaos Coordinator. At first, it made me smile. Whether you're a parent juggling carpools, a teen managing school and sports, or a professional balancing endless meetings and family obligations—coordinating chaos feels like the job we never applied for but somehow ended up doing.
But as I stood there, watching the waves roll in, a deeper question surfaced:
Is this person the source of the chaos—or the one who’s expected to clean it up?
A few days later, I attended an event that had been promoted for months. From the outside, it had all the markings of something thoughtfully planned. But when I arrived, it felt scattered, reactive, and disconnected. Despite the prep, the energy was off. It wasn’t intentional—it was survival mode masked as spontaneity.
That’s when it hit me.
There’s a difference between going with the flow and being aimless.
Between staying flexible and losing yourself in the process.
Between being helpful and holding the weight of everyone else’s chaos.
We’ve glorified chaos management as a skill. We joke about it. We bond over it. But maybe it’s time to ask—what if life isn’t meant to be coordinated chaos?
What if it’s meant to be Exquisitely Aligned?
Exquisite Alignment is about honoring your Divine Resources: your time, your energy, your money, your attention and your voice. It’s living from intention—not obligation. It’s creating space for what fuels you instead of constantly reacting to what depletes you.
When you’re aligned, your yes means something. Your no isn’t an apology. You begin your day with clarity—not just caffeine. You make choices that reflect your truth—not just your to-do list.
This September, instead of falling into old patterns, pause.
Ask yourself:
Is this chaos mine to carry?
What would it look like to live with clarity instead?
What do I actually want to feel today?
So whether you’re 17, 37, or 67—this is your invitation to let go of the chaos badge. You don’t need to coordinate the mess. You’re here to design something magnificent.
Let this season be the one where you stop managing and start magnetizing. You’re not meant to keep it all together. You’re meant to come alive.
If this message stirred something in you… good. That’s your soul asking for more. And “More” is what I specialize in.

Don’t wait until you’re burned out to realign. Clarity doesn’t come from doing more—it comes from choosing differently. You’ve done “fine” long enough. Now let’s design something exquisite.
