Meet Brooke Netzer of Fadellis Interiors
With the launch of Fadellis Interiors, Brooke Netzer is bringing a deeply personal vision to homes throughout Newport Beach and beyond.
For Brooke Netzer, interior design has always been about more than how a home looks. It is about the people who live there, the stories held within its walls and the moments that will unfold there over time.
That philosophy inspired Brooke to launch Fadellis Interiors in October 2025 after nearly a decade in the design industry. Owning her own studio had long been a dream, and years spent working on everything from individual rooms to luxury custom homes gave her the experience and confidence to take the next step.
The decision was also shaped by her grandfather's unexpected passing.
“His loss was a powerful reminder that life is too short to leave dreams unfulfilled,” Brooke says. “Starting Fadellis Interiors became a way to honor that perspective and pursue the career I had always envisioned with purpose and gratitude.”
Entrepreneurship runs in Brooke’s family. Both her father and grandfather built and operated businesses, giving her an early appreciation for the hard work required to create something of one’s own. Their example encouraged her to build a studio reflecting her values and personal approach to design.
The name Fadellis was inspired by Brooke’s great-grandmother, adding another meaningful family connection. Choosing her name allowed Brooke to honor that legacy while establishing a brand centered on heart, history and the close relationship between a home and the people who inhabit it.
Fadellis Interiors is a full-service design studio working with clients in Newport Beach and surrounding communities. Projects range from curated room refreshes to new construction and complete home renovations. Brooke guides clients through conceptual planning, finish selections, furnishings, styling and the finishing touches that give each space its character.
Her experience has shown her that no two homeowners share the same priorities, goals or desired level of investment. Instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all formula, she tailors the experience to each client while maintaining the same care and attention to detail, regardless of the project’s size.
Brooke’s philosophy is simple: “designing homes with heart.” She believes interiors should be beautiful without feeling untouchable and timeless without losing their individuality. Understanding how a client lives is just as important as learning what they like.
“Your home should be a reflection of who you are and how you live,” she explains. “Great design is not about following trends. It is about creating spaces that feel personal and meaningful.”
Trust and collaboration play an important role in that process. Brooke enjoys building relationships not only with homeowners but also with the architects, builders and other professionals who help bring a design to life. As a growing local business, Fadellis Interiors welcomes opportunities to become more connected within the area’s design, architecture and construction communities.
Fadellis Interiors celebrates its first anniversary this month, marking another meaningful milestone for Brooke. Building the studio from the ground up has challenged her to grow as both a designer and business owner while giving her the opportunity to serve clients in a more personal way.
Her connection to Orange County goes back a lifetime. Brooke grew up in Costa Mesa and Newport Beach and continues to draw inspiration from the people, places and homes that distinguish the area. She values being close to family, along with the beautiful weather, outdoor lifestyle and opportunities the community provides.
Away from the studio, Brooke enjoys reading, walking, working out and traveling. One of her favorite family traditions is visiting Mammoth a couple of times each year; once during winter for the snow and again in summer to enjoy the outdoors. Time with family and the chance to explore new places help her recharge and often provide fresh creative inspiration.
Looking ahead, Brooke hopes to establish Fadellis Interiors as a trusted design resource throughout Southern California. She plans to continue developing relationships with clients and industry professionals while creating homes that are functional and distinctive to the people who live in them.
Whether refreshing a single space or transforming an entire residence, her goal remains the same: to create a home that supports everyday life and provides a beautiful setting for memories still to come.
