Regenerative Orthopedic Solutions opened its doors in Newport Beach in October 2024, founded by Dr. Tennant and two fellow board-certified orthopedic surgeons. After more than 20 years in surgical practice in Los Angeles, Dr. Tennant sought to bring regenerative orthopedic care to the community he calls home. The result is a practice built on medical expertise, modern treatments and a deep commitment to local patients.
Offering advanced, non-surgical options, Regenerative Orthopedic Solutions helps individuals manage a range of orthopedic issues—without surgery. Treatments include highly concentrated Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), orthopedic-specific peptides, and stem cell therapy, all designed to help patients avoid surgery or heal more effectively after one. Every treatment is administered by a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, ensuring safe and knowledgeable care backed by years of clinical experience.

He embraces the role of the “neighborhood doctor” and takes pride in being a trusted resource for those around him.
The team is passionate about empowering patients with options. Beyond the clinic, Dr. Tennant and his wife support several community organizations, including CASA and the Harbor View Dolphins swim team. Their lives outside of work are just as active—filled with weekends spent at track meets and dance competitions cheering on their daughters, one a middle and long-distance runner and the other a competitive dancer.
After more than 20 years living in Orange County, the team continues to appreciate everything it offers—friendly people, beautiful weather, and access to just about anything you could want or need.
