Roger’s Gardens welcomed guests for its annual Spring Shop for a Cause event benefiting Susan G. Komen, bringing together supporters, customers, and community members for an evening focused on philanthropy, connection, and breast cancer awareness.
Held on March 19, the exclusive after-hours shopping experience drew approximately 250 attendees who enjoyed private access to Roger’s Gardens while exploring its seasonal presentation, The Poetry of Spring: A Celebration Rooted in Nature. Surrounded by vibrant spring blooms, inspiring garden displays, and beautifully curated décor, guests had the opportunity to shop while supporting breast cancer research and advocacy.
The $50 event ticket included two glasses of wine, two opportunity tickets, and a 20 percent discount on all purchases made during the evening. More than 20 curated opportunity prizes were featured throughout the event, offering attendees additional ways to participate and contribute to the fundraising efforts. Guests also had the chance to meet representatives from both Susan G. Komen and Roger’s Gardens, learning more about the organizations’ missions and community impact.
Throughout the evening, visitors enjoyed a variety of interactive experiences designed to complement the event’s spring theme. Featured activations included skincare experiences from The Route, STĀS Skincare, and NassifMD® Skincare, an artisan truffle tasting presented by Roger’s Gardens, and a multisensory sound and Reiki experience hosted by MayWellness. Live music by The Virtuous Violinist added to the atmosphere, creating an engaging and memorable experience for attendees.
Fundraising results from recent events included:
• $60,000 raised through ticket sales
• $5,695 raised through wine and opportunity ticket sales
• Total donation to Susan G. Komen: $65,695
Through its ongoing partnership with Susan G. Komen, Roger’s Gardens has proudly contributed more than $60,000 to support breast cancer research, patient care, and advocacy initiatives.
“This event is deeply meaningful to us,” said Nava Rezvan, Director of Marketing and PR at Roger’s Gardens. “It is an opportunity to bring our community together in a beautiful setting while supporting the life-saving work of Susan G. Komen. The impact of research is personal for so many, and we are honored to help fund that progress.”
