Jastrzebski brings extensive expertise to his new role in luxury hospitality, with previous positions as Spa Manager at Alila Ventana Big Sur in California and Spa Supervisor at Four Seasons Hotel Austin in Texas. Before beginning his career in hospitality, Michael worked as a professional ballet dancer, where he developed a strong foundation in physical wellness and body preservation—knowledge he now incorporates into his professional practice.
