Its 25 individually appointed guest rooms include the Newport Suite and the two-bedroom Balboa Suite, with coastal-inspired interiors and touches such as Kiehl’s bath amenities, mini refrigerators, and Stanley coolers. Guests can start the morning at Bay Shores Coffee Co., the hotel’s all-day café serving coffee, breakfast, pastries, sandwiches, bowls and other beach-day favorites, then take their order upstairs to The Penny Rooftop to enjoy views across the peninsula.
The hotel also offers beach cruisers, chairs, towels, umbrellas, and beach toys, making it easy to head out and enjoy a day on the sand or explore the peninsula by bike.
Throughout the property, local artwork and photography add another layer of connection to Southern California and Newport Beach, while The Penny Rooftop and The Pearl provide open-air gathering spaces for relaxing, private celebrations, and intimate events.
