Annie launched her real estate career more than 20 years ago with a clear goal: to help others find their place in the community she loved. After gaining experience at top brokerages and consistently ranking among Orange County’s leading agents, she joined Compass in its early years, when the company was still a boutique firm with just 1,300 agents nationwide.

Over the past few years, Annie pitched hersef to Ryan Serhant and his team, expressing many times that she would love to join if he ever expanded his brokerage to California. When the opportunity finally arose to join SERHANT in Orange County, it felt like a natural next chapter for Annie to join. Excited to help shape the brokerage’s local presence, Annie became a Founding Agent, bringing a move she had long envisioned.

Annie has reached $1 billion in sales to date and has earned more than 100 five-star client reviews, milestones that reflect both market expertise and a steadfast commitment to service.

Her commitment extends to philanthropy and local initiatives as well. Annie is a yearly sponsor of the Newport Harbor Home Tour and   the Newport Heights Foundation, among many others. She participates annually in Air Band, a spirited lip-sync fundraiser where her group, “The Wolfpack,” raises funds for meaningful causes, including honoring a fellow Realtor lost to breast cancer.

She also mentors young teens through the Newport Harbor Junior Mentor Program and regularly highlights local leaders and businesses through interviews and community storytelling.

Personal Life

Outside of work, Annie embraces the lifestyle that makes Newport Beach so special. Evenings cruising the harbor on her Duffy, time spent at the Balboa Bay Club, and bike rides to the beach with her family are among her favorite ways to recharge. Much of her energy today is also devoted to her children, including supporting her oldest, Connor, as he pursues a Division I water polo career. He will begin playing for Santa Clara University this fall.
