The 28th Annual Balboa Island Holiday Home Walking Tour, presented by the Balboa Island Improvement Association, returns on Sunday, December 13, 2026 , from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This beloved island tradition is the perfect way to welcome the holiday season. Guests are invited to tour beautifully decorated Balboa Island homes and cottages; each filled with festive charm and holiday cheer.

Tickets are $50.00 and will be available beginning November 2, 2026, at select Balboa Island shops: Crush Clothing and Sunny Days on Marine Avenue.

Off-island tickets may be purchased at Bliss Home Design, Seaside Gallery & Goods, and Where’s the Party.

Tickets may also be purchased online at biia.org and are available for pickup on the day of the event at the Balboa Island Fire Station, located at 124 Marine Avenue, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Guests are also encouraged to visit the shops along Marine and Agate Avenues for holiday shopping, refreshments, and seasonal treats. The Holiday Market will return at The Royal Hen on Marine Avenue from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
